In this course, you will use mathematics to design and assemble unusual billets to create unique showstopping mosaic damascus patterns. Over the course of the three days, Mareko will go through his workbook detailing the math of irregular billet assemblies with you, and do a variety of forging demonstrations to illustrate those designs, including his new tip welding technique, the off-square bookmatch, and Huxley's doors.
The cost of the class will include tuition as well as bagels and coffee in the morning each day. Housing and transportation options are not available at this time and are the responsibility of the student. Local housing can be found at visitandersonmadisoncounty.com
